Calfs hurt while running

I am in the military getting ready for basic, i took 35 seconds off my mile in 2 weeks and i ran one time inbetween, i thaught my asthma would hold me back, but that is not the problem. I have new running shoes, i removed the shitty ass nike inserts, and used dr scholls, and i still get sever pain in my calfs, they tighten up so tight i can't stan to run. It really sucks, i stretch out properly, and i have decent size calfs and i trained the shit out of them for years, there nice and strong, but i just can't seem to run.
 
Time, it just takes time

I ran 2-3 months ( when i first started running) and knew i had to deal with imperfect training till the body truly adapted

Running is just one of the things
 
Agree with Omega. Keep running to get into "running shape". As your body gets into running shape, you'll become better at running. Recovery is important though, don't overdo it, I see a lot of stress fractures in the Army.

Yeah a guy i know was a bigger guy he was overweight but he passed tape, anyways he came home halfways through basic becasue he fractured his tibulia, while running.

The Army doesn't do well when it comes to recovery. They pretty much run every day in basic training and in units.

legs are getting use to it now. i havent ran since monday.
