I am in the military getting ready for basic, i took 35 seconds off my mile in 2 weeks and i ran one time inbetween, i thaught my asthma would hold me back, but that is not the problem. I have new running shoes, i removed the shitty ass nike inserts, and used dr scholls, and i still get sever pain in my calfs, they tighten up so tight i can't stan to run. It really sucks, i stretch out properly, and i have decent size calfs and i trained the shit out of them for years, there nice and strong, but i just can't seem to run.
