SQUATS – OBB / 15 reps ATF :D
SBW’s PRONE LEG CURL – 70 lbs / 7 FR + 7 H +7 M + 7 L + 7 FR
LEG PRESS CALVES – Sled (125) / 15 reps Single leg + 15 reps together

Watched a little bit of Rocky I & II while doing cardio … :D Great motivation

I feel as good as can be expected ... I'm reminded of Treil & her dreams for some reason, this won't be as detailed b/c I've tried to wipe away the details ... but not only could I not sleep, when I eventually did, I had one of those dreams where you thought it was so real, when I jumped to wake up... I nearly fell off the couch ans was like Thank goodness it was a dream ... nightmarish status ... & I just remember being very scared & feeling relieved, yet afraid to go back to sleep ... I don't think I ever recall jumping up so fast in my life ... *whew*


Other than THAT ... going to EAT b/c I'm always hungry then hit the gym for something ... :)
