1:00 P.M. - 1 L water ***totally feel the T-Rex …. Wholly h3ll … I am very agitated & aggressive today, Aunt Flo just came, + the 2 Trex, watch out … lol

1:40 P.M. - Glucorell-R

3:30 P.M. - Diet Pepsi, 1 L water

• 1 oz Raw Almonds (28 pieces)

Throughout the evening I had my Glucorell-R,
Digestive Enzymes, and SesaPURE and will over compensate to be 'safe'

Meal # 4,5,6,... :
• 10 oz Cab (going by the large size of the glass)
• ~ 2 Cups Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Pasta (SG I couldn't find the soy stuff you suggested, read that Trader Jows didn't carry it due to misreporting Nutritional info for carb content back in '94?? Not sure how accurate that is)
• Bel Gioioso Finely Shredded Parmesan & Fat Free Mozz
• 2 slices LaBrea Whole Grain with Smart Balance
• Turkey Sausage / Italian Style Jennie-O
• Pasta Sauce was an Orangic One I bought In Natural Fodds aisle, 4 cheese


*** This was such a great dinner ... I am very happy half the loaf of bread is still in the pantry :chomp: & more than half the bottle of wine is chillin in the fridge :martini: ... I cannot believe how sick I was though... I was in bed probably by 7:45 ***




No Idea on Macros - easily ~2500, which I have no problem with.
I do not feel good about getting :sick: but nothing 'food wise' really came up ...

Funny....I was wondering why the original nutritional info. on the box was covered up with a *new* nutritional info. sticker over it. Guess that would be why, huh? Looks like they've fixed that problem. Good stuff though!

Hope the throat's feeling better.....maybe some Haagendaz (sp) or something similar would help with that!!! lol ....just kidding! Don't do that! Oh, I know....Chrystal light with a bunch of ice in the blender!!!! That oughta do it! :p .....maybe a spash of Vodka?

....geez, I'm just not right today!

I got up 45 lb DBs Flat Bench all by myself :) 6 reps ... woot woot ...*edit* for at least 2 sets, I ripped thru the 40's like dey were nuttin' ...

better enjoy the strength while it's here..


WORK IS H3LLish right now ...I HATE not being able to stay in the loop ...

Things I've learned over the last few days (which most likely will change next week :insane: ):
* Do not cycle Cardio Breeze / Trex while cutting (Bunny Specific)
* Strength decreases when doing PM weights
* ^^ also affected when not taking Purecee
*The grass isn't always greener on the other side, just a different shade of green ....
