Good stuff! lol

My favorite was the string bean girl who used the light weights and bad form. To see her doing side lat raises, you would think she didn't have weighs in her hands at all. She would just go on and on talking to someone during her sets. After that, she would move to the elliptical and do an hour of cardio. Nasty ass skinny fat syndrome! Nasty, nasty, nasty!!!!!

She was someone I already knew due to going to school and graduating with her, but she was also someone I would just shake my head at and chuckle while walking by. Not worth trying to explain anything to.

AWESOME! Congrats I know that's a smile of new achievement, and it's great seeing yourself do things that a month ago or even last week you thought were possibly unobtainable. Now you have new goals to set :)

***Decided today was the day I was going to get my BF done at the new gym, so I can have some type of data point to use …
· 7 point pinch, taken twice, #’s averaged, yielded 24.94% BF … and so it begins
