I got up 45 lb DBs Flat Bench all by myself 6 reps ... woot woot ...*edit* for at least 2 sets, I ripped thru the 40's like dey were nuttin' ...

Good for you girl!! I can do that very sparingly, depending on the meal and carb content right before. It's a sight to see a woman doing 40s and 45s by herself. You rock chickie!! :garza:

***Without doing AM cardio I am usually a mess at work … 3rd attempt at Oxycalm kept me abnormally calm during the day … Had much work to do (still do) but felt a little more focused & less stressed than normal … H3LL if it numbs the stress I’m all for it :D

PM weights … Energy or Strength was NOT there at all … I had to FORCE myself to go to the gym & not to go get Pizza & beer …

• 8 oz Grilled Chicken with Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic, Fresh Ground Pepper & EVOO
• 8 oz Sweet Potato (skin not eaten) with cinn & splenda
• 2 Cups Cut Green Beans w/ 1 tbsp Smart Balance & Sea Salt to taste

9:00 P.M. - 1 L water

Meal # 6 :
• 2 TBSP PC Chunky ANPB

I'm going to have to order some more Sesa soon, I might just throw in some Oxy to give it a shot. I could use the "calm" right now too!

I will definitely keep you posted... feel free to get question specific as well. Has this vanilla aroma-scent, a resembles a mini vibrator LOL :rolleyes:

I think when people expect to 'feel it' they are assuming it will *hit* em hard, like when you take a valium or anti-anxiety etc .... Of course you're not going to 'feel it' with those expectations.

It's quite pleasant, but still early ...

Oh yeah, that's that beginning of mildew smell. I used to rarely get it in Tennessee, but since I've moved to Florida and there is so much heat and so much moisture in the air (and since my washer and dryer are in the garage) I can't even let washed clothes sit in the washer for even one day or I have to rewash them with a little bit of bleach. eeewwwyyuuuck.

Mix that, with the odor of YES ... OMG lol

I was going to go buy a pair of pants from the Sports Shop I couldn't stand it ... but I didn't b/c that would interfere with my w/o ... I'm bad ...
