Trust me honey, I sure ate for pleasure... at least for one meal a week.

From Sept-Dec was my off time and I (basically) ate clean here and there, which is now 'normal' but I ate whatever I wanted ... now that I think of it , that WHOLE time I did not eat ANPB LOL .:)

DaisyGirl was the one having the baby, but I sure felt like I was doing the eating for her :chomp:

Glad you're having a better day! I'm a people watcher too. It's one of my favorite passtimes. Especially at the gym or beach! I get the looks from the ladies too, but I have the added bonus of breast implants, so they give me the extra shitty looks! lol

Congrats on the year, Girl!! :)

That's awesome!! Yeah to our anniversary! I know my logging started I think the first log of mine was around Jan 11th so we are both newly weds :)
Yeah I feel the same about your PB post. I hardly ever ate PB over the past 5 months and yesterday I had a break down. Of course the jar got thrown out... but it was required :)

LOL - I definitely get the bitter looks, but also, more curious than anything ... "Why is she lifting those heavy weights?" Kinda thing :)

Oh, and I saw dude again at the gym with these faded fluorescent Hammer-like pants ... very tapered :worried: eek

Don't have to worry about my ta ta's, those babies will be gone in another month or so, I'll enjoy while they're here :)

Question - DO you find any particular exercise hard to do, or that you DONT do b/c the implants? I remember hearing someone say NO to decline Chest Press b/c it feels like they're going to pop out ...

I do not do squats, esp. unassisted at my new gym. I will NOT use the Smith Machine and prefer to go Ass to grass ...

If you read my log you'd know I try not to lift heavy with any Leg exercises focusing on the Quads b/c they BLOW up :)

Steps Ups Lunges SLDL High grade Tread walking etc keeps em hot :)

MAYBE, MAYBE I'll do some after I lean out and see where my legs are :)

I grew up with the thunder thigh nickname + I played soccer my whole life ... POWERful legs ... I prefer them less massive :)

I'm guessing they'll be larger than this w/o squats this time around
