1:30 P.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 33.8 oz water

2:05 P.M. - 2 TYR-2, 2 D-Root, 2 Digestive Enzymes, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 2 ALCAR, 2 Vitamin B6, 1 Green Tea Extract

Meal # 3: 33.8 oz water

• 1 Serving Raw Almonds (1 oz / 28 Raw Almonds)

Supplements consistent with usual PM schedule

Had very important meeting so was unable to log & hit the gym (been taking some time off to give my body a break, I’m gonna need it, I am starting a new routine/split Monday after my bday WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!)


Meal # 4:

• 6oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Grilled in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Pepper), with Dash Sea Salt, Fresh Ground Pepper Medley
• Broccoli
• One Serving Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Strawberry Kiwi Crystal Lite

OFF DAY FROM ALL TRAINING


Meal # 5:

• Roasted Chicken Breast Sandwich from Subway
• BBQ Baked Lays
• Diet Coke
• Choc Chip Cookie & ½ Ice Cream Snickers bar

I am definitely having a very rough month (I make it so obvious right?) :rolleyes:

I am confident things will work out the way they need to, but I'm going to take a few days to re-adjust my focus on my life and goals. I have all my logs on one of the 4 computers I use daily so no worries about missing a day for me :) I'll be sure to post 'em when I have time.

All I'll say for now.
