Supps & water intake were consistent with previous two days…

Went to one of the many forest preserve areas a did a LONG run & stairs with Mr. B - ~ 2 hours total, at least 10 miles Ran

Few sets of Pushups – 5 sets 10 reps Decline, Incline (leg ups) & ground Level

^^^ Forgot to add that I walked to Subway, Rollerbladed to Blockbuster (scenic route), walked my puppy and perfected my slider ...

It was a lovely day well spent outside :)

Ab work – Decline Leg Raises, butt up with twist 20 reps X 3

8:30 A.M. – 24 oz water, Glucorell-R

Meal # 1: Protein Shake – Myoplex Lite Chocolate Cream @ gym

8:40 A.M. – 16.9 oz water, Maxine Multi Vitamins, 2 Vitamin B6 (capsule), 2 ALCAR, 2 Neurogenex, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 2 D-Root, 2 Digestive Enzymes, 2 TYR-2, Sesamax

10:15 A.M. – 33.8 oz water, Psyllium Husk w/ Acidophilus

11:15 A.M. – 2 Glucorell-R

11:45 A.M. - D-Root, Digestive Enzymes, Diet Pepsi

• ½ Serving Raw Almonds (16 Raw Almonds)
• 4 oz Fit n Easy Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins (cooked in ~ one teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mrs. Dash Mesquite Grill, Black Pepper Dash Sea Salt)
• nuked ~ 2 Cups (Fresh) Broccoli Florets

12:05 P.M. – 33.8 oz water

1:30 P.M. - 33.8 oz water, 4 Levorex

1:45 P.M. - 2 Sesamax, Diet Pepsi, 33.8 oz water

2:20 P.M. - 2 Glucorell-R

2:55 P.M. - 2 TYR-2, D-Root, Digestive Enzymes, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 2 ALCAR, 2 Vitamin B6, 1 Green Tea Extract

3:00 P.M.

Meal # 3: same as Meal # 2

• ½ Serving Raw Almonds (16 Raw Almonds)

Supplements were consistent with normal P.M. routine, lots of water (Hoping Sesamax will cover for the increased calories I've been consuming [on purpose])

• Buffalo Burger with Blue Cheese on toasted Dark Rye, Griller onions & Ketchup
• Had some Coleslaw, Steak Fries, Onion Rings & Mini Mozzarella Sticks
• 2 Kettle One on the rocks splash Tonic with extra lime
• Carrot Cake


Slept like total Crap… been up since 2:30 a.m.

– NO GYM - *** Slept like $hit, legs are all cramped up, sore, walking very unappealing, head still feels congested (been like 3 days now)… still smiling though…squinting, but smiling :)

Supp Load - Glucorell-R, 3 Cardio Breeze, D-Root, Digestive Enzymes, 4 Levorex, Maxine Multi Vitamins, 3 Vitamin B6 (capsule), 2 ALCAR, 2 Neurogenex, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 2 TYR-2, 2 Sesamax

8:15 A.M. – Two bottles of 16.9 oz water

Meal # 1:
· 1 C Oatmeal with 1 tsp of cinnamon & Splenda
· 7 Egg whites, 1 whole egg with 1/3 Cup Fat free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Hang in there! Does the steam from the shower help clear out your stuffies? You might try sitting at the table with a pan of boiling water and a towel over your head. Maybe put some Vicks or something in it to soothe. Or a facial steamer if you have one.

Thanks SG! :rose: I'm stuck at work until 5 pm at least but it is getting a little better :)

I will definitely make a date with the steam room (encased with eucalyptus), sauna and hot tub this evening at the gym ;)
