I know I know... add this to another sleepless night (going on like day 7 I've been up from like 3-5 then fall back asleep just in time for my alarm to go off )

I cannot wait to hit the gym and start my new creation... the 'warm up' should be really fun, I'm excited. Trust me, I've enjoyed every last bottle of wine, treats and sleeping in, but come Monday it's crunch time.

I am going to get my very 1s professional massage today!!

Got some brand new luggage.

Ate my Prime Rib & White Cheddar Au Gratin Taters ... ( :p Good call Twinny)

Awesome day :)

Was set up for my first professional massage today... and got THE BEST compliment from the therapist to boot... I will be getting more massages...

Surprise breakfast - yummy Multi Grain Pancakes with Pecans & Walnuts, Sliced Bananas, Dash Cinnamon with SF Syrup.

Veggie Omelette with Egg Beaters & MG Toast with "diet" Smuckers Jam

Since I have no days off for the rest of the year, Mr. B called my boss directly and worked it out (not sure how) so I had Friday off and I have Monday off too. :p

“The After Math”

The date of the pics in my sig was the last weekend I before I went off my ‘diet’ & normal training routine to give me somewhat of a break :)
I thought it would be better for me to begin to add cheats in slowly, like a scheduled Cheat Meal, then two meals, then 3 a week, then a meal a day etc so I wouldn’t just shock my body with a bunch of “unbunny” foods… Plus that with the Sesamax seemed to have kept my bloat down as well as other issues I posted in the Sesamax thread.


Well did I enjoy every last bite of cake, bottle of wine, Buffalo Burger…etc.. But now it’s crunch time. :rose:


Supps today - Glucorell-R, D-Root, Digestive Enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 2 Neurogenex, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 2 TYR-2, 2 Sesamax, 1 Psyllium Husk w/ Acidophilus, Vitamin B6 (capsule)


Meal # 1:

• ~ 7 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Grilled & seasoned with Extra virgin Olive Oil & Pepper), Mrs. Dash Mesquite Chicken Grill
• Romaine & Spinach Salad
• Fat Free Chunky Blue Cheese

o Wide Grip Pull Downs – 50 lbs / 15 reps X 3
o Cybex Weighted Row – 45 lb Plate / 10 reps S, 35 lb plate / 13 reps S, 25 lb plate / 12 reps
o Close Grip Low Cable Pulley Row – 40 lbs / 15 reps, 50 lbs / 15 reps X 2

o Reverse Cable Cross Overs – 15 lbs / 15 reps, 20 lbs / 13 reps, 15 lbs / 12 reps
o Reverse Pec Dec – 30 lbs / 12 reps, 30 lbs / 15 reps X 2

o Alternating DB Curls – 20 lb DBs / 12 reps X 2, 15 lb DB / 12 reps
o Straight Bar Curls - 35 lb Straight Bar / 12-15 reps X 3
o Hammer Curls – 15 lb DBs / 15 reps X 3

• PWO Shake – Myoplex Lite – Chocolate Cream

· 30 minutes Arc Trainer – every minute increased Resistance by 10 R up to 100, back down to 30, then every 2 minutes, increased by 10 R back up to 100 R

· Walk home from gym - ~ 30 minutes
