It was AWESOME... there was a Misting Steam Room too which was oober relaxing once I was able to breath in there. Reminds me, I totally need to start hitting the steam back at my gym as well... my skin Effin' HATES me right now... :evil:

I can honestly say I am SPENT on eating and look forward to eatin' clean...

Supp Load - Glucorell-R, D-Root, 4 Levorex, Vitamin B6 (capsule), 2 ALCAR, 2 Neurogenex, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM, 2 TYR-2, 2 Sesamax, 1 Green Tea Extract, 1 Psyllium Husk w/ Acidophilus

1.5 L water

9:00 A.M. - 1.5 L water

11:55 A.M.2 T-Rex, D-Root, Digestive Enzymes, Glucorell-R

1.5 L water

12:05 P.M.

Meal # 1: finally :rolleyes:

Spinach & Romaine Salad with
· 6-8 oz Fit n Easy Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins (4) (cooked in ~ one teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Dash Sea Salt & Garlic Powder)
• ½ Serving Raw Almonds (17 Raw Almonds)
• ~ 20 Blueberries
• Wishbone Just 2 Good! Salad Dressing Ranch (little less than One Serving = 2 tbsp)

I was reading over your log for the first time....let me start off by saying that I am LOVIN the "birthday" room , very romantic.

But I came here to say that you and Mr.B look fabulously flawless :D

Congrats on all your hard work.

My journey began in July , and the road is long , but I take it one day at time , and celebrate my success often , and it is always great to see progress and results of other women , and know that it can be done.

Keep up the good work :wavey:
