7:40 A.M. – 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM Caps, A.M. Multi Vitamins, Glucorell-R, D-Root, Vitamin B6 (capsules), Digestive Enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 2 TYR-2, & Neurogenex

8:15 A.M. – Glass Pink Lemonade Crystal Light, Bottle water (16.9 fl oz)

Meal # 1:

· 6 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins Diced
· 5 Broccoli Florets
· Less than ¼ cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese with Sea Salt
· Quaker Oatmeal (Slow Cooked in water) cooked in water, seasoned with Stevia, Splenda & Cinnamon
· Four pieces of toast with PB

10:15 A.M. – Diet Pepsi, 4 Levorex

I KNOW!!! This week I am endulging in what I want when I want (Not to excess I hope) and more importantly taking it easy on the workouts/cardio etc...

Cable Fly Pulley attachment Middle – 10 - 15 lbs / 12-15 reps X 3

Cable Fly Pulley attachment Low – 5 – 10lbs each arm / 12-15 reps X 3
