Hy girl,
The new training is going great! I'm really liking it. The diet I'm working with. I want more calories but he cut me off at 2,000. My RMR was 1400. He wants me to drop a little body fat if I can while putting some muscle on.
I se Mr. B is on the Ms. B training program! You go girl!
Ohhh and nice pics by the way! Still lookin hawt!

This usually happens to me if I'm frustrated or flustered .. so I re-adjust, focus, sometimes re-locate and I'm good to go...practice practice practice :heart:

Thank you very much for the compliments Treil. I guess I'm still adjusting to the added muscle but am thrilled at my progress over the last 8 months. Always appreciate you dropping in to let me know how you're doing. :rose:
