Cardio – Treadmill - ~ 65 minutes
· walked 5 minutes – warm up
· approx 55 Minutes running, No Incline, Speed varied from (4.0 – 8.0), threw in some intervals when I felt like it
· Cool down walk with 8-15 incline for 2 minutes
· Got bored so jogged out Cool down until tread stopped

Meal # 1:
• ~ 8 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins topped with teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil, Italian Seasoning, Pepper, 1 tbsp Mild Salsa
• ~ 5 - 6 asparagus spears diced
10:30 A.M. – Fantasy Tan – Finally look healthy with some color... bye bye Casper woo hoo!
11:00 A.M. - Glucorell-R, D-Root
11:30 A.M. – Glass Strawberry Kiwi Crystal Light (No carbs/no cals), 24 oz water
Meal # 2:
