Although he is not as consistent as I with my log, I have him log his diet & training as often as possible...So Proud of him! YAY for Mr. B!!! And this is ONLY the beginning ;)

Feels awesome when people listen to what you have to say... makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

I remember back in Jan. his comment about me taking Protein Shakes & more specifically Creatine... I was going to get fat or somethin'... :verygood:

I do have my own training partner, but Mr. B's doing a fantastic job with me there in spirit...

Last week sometime (Friday night I think) I let him train an upper body circuit with me and he said his arms have never burned like that before... I was so proud :)

"I don't care if people are looking at you with these lighter DB's ... you are going to feel this exercise and all of these exercises while those guys attempt to do 4 half reps with a weight way too heavy and poor form... you just have to trust me"

Thank you RT. I'll pass on the props to him for HIS hardwork.

This reminded me of a comment that QT made... even with all of us, WE are the ones who chose to make the change.. all the hardwork, determination and effort and clean dieting ... that deserves the credit. Great job ladies! *Group Hug* ;)

... so I'm just doing my duty of passing on the knowledge to those I feel are worth it ...

Slept in, yet again, no a.m. Cardio
(this is truly killing my sanity level as I have never been more stressed/unhappy at work... :()

7:45 A.M. – 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM Caps, A.M. Multi Vitamins, Glucorell-R, D-Root, Vitamin B6 (capsules), Digestive Enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 2 TYR-2, & Neurogenex

– 1 L water

8:15 A.M. – Glass Ice water

Meal # 1:

· 6 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
· 1 cup Broccoli Florets
· Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese with Sea Salt for Broc & Chicken
· ½ Cup Quaker Oatmeal (Slow Cooked in water) cooked in water, seasoned with Stevia, Splenda & Cinnamon
· Four pieces of toast with PB

10:15 A.M. - 4 Levorex

11:30 A.M. - Glucorell-R, D-Root


2:15 P.M. - Glucorell-R

2:30 P.M. – Not sure when I took these: TYR-2, D-Root, Neurogenex, Digestive Enzymes, ALCAR, Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM Caps, B 6

2:30 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. - Out to lunch with Mr. B

Meal # 3:

• Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, sans Caesar Dressing, Extra Chicken, Citrus Vinaigrette with some bread & butter
• Diet Coke & water

3:45 P.M. – 4 Levorex (I think, argh!)

5:15 P.M. – 4 PureCEE, 1 L water

6:00 P.M.

Shoulder Workout

• 45 lb Straight bar + 90 / 12 reps
• 45 lb Straight bar + 70 / 12 reps X 3

Meal # 5: Chugged tons of water

• Clif Bars, Skim Milk & ½ Hershey Bar with Almonds

I have been listening to my body and my cravings lately and just going with the flow. I hope I get whatever fix it is I need and this doesn’t back fire.
