Although he is not as consistent as I with my log, I have him log his diet & training as often as possible...So Proud of him! YAY for Mr. B!!! And this is ONLY the beginning ;)

Feels awesome when people listen to what you have to say... makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

I remember back in Jan. his comment about me taking Protein Shakes & more specifically Creatine... I was going to get fat or somethin'... :verygood:

I do have my own training partner, but Mr. B's doing a fantastic job with me there in spirit...

Last week sometime (Friday night I think) I let him train an upper body circuit with me and he said his arms have never burned like that before... I was so proud :)

"I don't care if people are looking at you with these lighter DB's ... you are going to feel this exercise and all of these exercises while those guys attempt to do 4 half reps with a weight way too heavy and poor form... you just have to trust me"

;)

Well I'm again amazed --- well not that I expected anything less than awesome knowing you, your focus, your determination & your new found love of gym -- But just huge congrats & kudos on the constant progress! And I told you that now all the stuff you are trying is all knowledge that is ALL YOURS and goes into your toolbox of "fitness stuff" and its value is well, priceless. And the kewl thing is that you are sooo respecting the value of this stuff and executing on it in true valued fashion that I'm soooo proud & happy for you!

Sometimes you render me speechless

I'm with Sister Steele... you are a big sister to me girl. You Rock :garza:

Your turn soon ... 4 weeks? Dang that means my Bday is coming ... WOO HOO!!! :leap:

DITTO! Mr B is lookin' real good as are you, sweetie. Nice work :bigkiss:
Thank you RT. I'll pass on the props to him for HIS hardwork.

This reminded me of a comment that QT made... even with all of us, WE are the ones who chose to make the change.. all the hardwork, determination and effort and clean dieting ... that deserves the credit. Great job ladies! *Group Hug* ;)

... so I'm just doing my duty of passing on the knowledge to those I feel are worth it ...

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

What changes did you feel after dropping the CB & T-Rex? If any.

I had used T-Rex a while back and I liked it a lot but if I stoped or altered (lowered) the dose I would get a migraine that would take 2/3 days to go away.

I didn't notice that with the CB but I didn't get the burst of energy that everyone else spoke of either.

I'm not Bunny (obviously) and I have never treid CB, but I never noticed an increased focus or alertness with TRex like others talked about. While I want to try CB, I wonder if I will feel a boost like others say ... for some reason, I doubt it.

Now that I think about it, this post has nothing to do with what you asked Bunny. What a waste of brain power. Sorry ;)

Your posts are hardly a waste of brain power silly momma :)

I was trying to collect my thoughts and organize some type of conclusion based on my cycling off of CB & T-Rex but I just haven't been able to do that just yet.

I will say, like you DG, I never noticed an increased focus or alertness with T-Rex either.

And Vel, I have experienced Migraines...the source of those however are still under scrutiny...

Hope you two had a great weekend...

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

I've taken, and then stopped taken, and started taking CB and I only noticed an increase in energy for the 1st week. The last time I started taking it again, I would fall back asleep lol.

omfg WAS IT SOOOO FRIGGIN GOOD...

For so long I just lost the taste for foods like that and when I ate them, even for a cheat/reward meal, I never really enjoyed them... SO NOT the case anymore.

Loved every bite, and finally no severe guilt, feel great and noticed my 'tastes' have again changed.

To name a few…

Hated Sweet Potatoes, now I love them

Despised Oatmeal, now I crave this stuff

I even tried cottage cheese for the first time last week or so... may have to add that to my diet in the near future

Whateva… :D

I've taken, and then stopped taken, and started taking CB and I only noticed an increase in energy for the 1st week. The last time I started taking it again, I would fall back asleep lol.

Hey girly... Today was my first day (after approx 17 days clear of thermos) taking 2 CB pre A.M. Cardio (or basically to get my a$$ OUT of bed, which I have been unable to do like I use to ... )

I guess this is my 1st real break since I've started taking CB way back when.

I did my usual "roll over to the drawer underneath my bed, pull out the CB, pound 1 L of water, then back to bed (at this point in the 4 o'clock hour I was able to go back to sleep with NO intention of getting up for Cardio) ... *DING* 45 minutes later, POPPED outta bed and got my butt to the track to sprint and WOW did I feel fantastic.

Since I slept like complete crap to begin with, up every hour, I can honestly say the CB was the only reason I got out of bed this morning to do A.M. Cardio.

I truly hope this lasts for more than a week, at least 2. Considering cycling on and off thermo's every 2 weeks now, but not 100% sure just yet.

May throw 1-2 caps T-Rex back in the mix with Meal # 2 to curb cravings (also to allow at least 5-6 hours from my last intake of CB this A.M. to prevent possible overstimulation ... :verygood: )

I'm excited for you as well. I almost forgot to mention, I was that way with the T-Rex at times... I could take 2 and crash or take 1 in the morning on empty and well, I'm sure you can guess what would happen...

I said "Of course, let me go get my pink DB's and I'll be right there..."

When I proceeded to Flat bench 30's (warm up), he had to up his weight to 35's and struggle.

My TP had to remind me I'm not 'lifting heavy' so to put the 45's down... the look on the dood's face was priceless though... :p

Ha - l love it Bunny. The other day I was doing DB Presses with 35's and the guy sitting next to me just stared with his jaw on the floor. He told me he'd never seen a woman press that much and that some men can't even do it. So, I of course picked up the 40's and did another set of 10. Never heard another peep out of him... :)

Just started taking this Thursday Night. I felt ill but that's because I took it with Green Tea Caps and Green Tea caps taken without food (at least for me) makes me wanna hurl, kinda like popping 3 T-Rex on an empty stomach (which I do not recommend) :)

I have my mini project in the works for sesamax so I will keep you updated. Haven't felt any direct physical affects since I've added it as of yet.

:artist:

You won't "feel" sesamax except for a slight increase in heat. (You won't but most people will). You will notice a reduction in fat though. Sesamax is especially useful when you're cheating because it causes you to waste calories rather than storing them as fat. It had almost an immediate (10 days)positive impact on my ab fat and I was eating normally, rather than dieting.

Nice :)

I've been eating 'normally' ... but plan to clean it up tight for the next two weeks...mini type goal I set for myself before my bday.

Ergo, since I'm taking the Sesamax do you think I should try to keep my cals around my current 'normal' 2200-2500? or stick with my planned 1700-1900 (short term of course)?

I will be taking 2 caps 3 x a day

Glad to hear you've had such favorable results... pics please? :Perk:

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

I would go ahead with the diet just because you don't risk meeting your goal. Sesamax will cut the time it takes to reach your goal while dieting. I just meant to say that I was impressed because every fat loss product I have ever used required a calorie deficit and this one doesn't.

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Sesamax, is that one of Anafit's products. I've been off of fat burners for about 2 weeks too, and I'm ready to take something now. I gotta look good for my bday too Bunny. On another note, I was able to get myself into a size 12 today, I would've been ecstatic, if it wasn't for all the spandex in that damn outfit. I put it right back.

Yes, Sesamax is a new AF Store Product. I went just short of 3 weeks off of stims (Cardio Breeze & T-Rex) and just added the CB back in for sure, because I am having a helluva time getting out of bed in the morning lately. As needed, I'll add the T-Rex to curb mid morning cravings (if any) but that's only a day by day thing. I think you asked a question about this in another thread, lemme go find it.

You are on the right path to a healthy life and looking fabulous. Congrats girl! :rose: I am so glad you found EF and share your Progress with us :)

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Hey Buns, I see you're doing a detox. You should try and take your detox supps. at least 1 hour before or after your meals, best time would be 1st in the morning, and last thing before bed. just my 2 cents :)
