• ½ Cup Quaker Oatmeal (Slow Cooked) with cinnamon, Splenda & Stevia
• 6 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins seasoned Sea Salt
• 2 cups Steamed Broccoli Florets
• One Serving Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

* Resisting every temptation to not go and eat the two jars of PB in my work Fridge (both NOT mine & I asked permission), so I had 4 Spoonfuls (not the large tablespoons)

Took the entire day of from any form of training/cardio working out

Ate a can of Almonds & some chicken (~6 oz, same as I always eat) laid on couch and passed out


Woke up and ate again... Mr. Buns hookin' it up lately...thank gawd for him seriously...

• 6-8 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Seasoned with Sea Salt & ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Sweet Potato, with cinnamon, Splenda & Stevia

Passed back out on couch…

Eventually made it to my bed, my whole face hurt and throbbing Migraine… My head & face ached, ended up taking some more Excedrin Migraine and passing out the ice pack on my head & temples… woke up feeling tired, but better.

6:00 A.M. Managed to get in ~ 25 minute Roller Blading, came home sooner than I’d hoped, but had the urge to create a breakfast date, and it was just what I needed

6:30 A.M. – 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM Caps, A.M. Multi Vitamins, Glucorell-R, D-Root, Vitamin B6 (capsules), Digestive Enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 2 TYR-2, & Neurogenex

7:10 A.M. – 1 L water

Meal # 1:

· 2 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
· ~ 5 Broccoli Florets
· ½ container Egg Beaters & ½ container Garden Veggie Egg Beaters
· Seasoned above with Fresh Ground Pepper Medley & Sea Salt

· ¾ Cup Quaker Oatmeal (Slow Cooked in water) cooked in water, seasoned with Stevia, Splenda & Cinnamon

Back to sleep - Took an hour nap after breakfast before going to work


8:30 A.M. - 4 Levorex

9:50 A.M. - Glucorell-R, 1 L water

10:30 A.M. – 1 L water, D-Root, Digestive Enzymes

Meal # 2:

• 6 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast,

Stoopid Bunny Tale of the day:

So my boss (#1) gets back with kitchen & supplies for the office, and I think, “Oouuuu paper plates, I can cook my lunch, YAY for me food = bonus….” So, I take the “Chinet Plate Paper White … Fully microwavable” and heat up my sweet potato 1st. Shooting the shit with the boss (#1) I like (one of the four who actually appreciates everything I do) in the kitchen and thinking to myself, “Oh great, to add to this wonderful migraine, the staff has found some other RANK ass coffee that smells twice as bad as the other crap they’ve brewed in the past to make me wanna hurl…grrrrrreat….” Not sure if anyone else was a little bit of a pyro when they were little, I all the sudden had the distinct feeling that it sure smells like when I used to light paper towels on fire (and couldn’t put it out fast enough kinda thing). SO I go to the micro, open it up and take out my tater only to see this huge burn in the bottom through TWO plates. You can imagine the panic that a small office has when everyone wants to know what that smell is, what happened and what’s going on. Needless to say the windows, micro, front office door and exhaust fan is still on to air out the smell, not to mention the bright idea of one of the other bosses (#4) to spray her perfume to mask the odor, right NEXT to my office mind you….
Stopped counting how many times I heard how bad it smells… so being the crab ass I am commented that I plan to do this every day because of course I did it on purpose to disrupt the harmony of the drama filled office…

I now will return to my cave after I crack open a Diet Pepsi & refill my water… Hmrpf!

I took some pics outside Saturday Morning (August 20th 2005) right after 3 day low carb / strict diet... I flattened out in the abs, with no real definition in the middle, but it really didn't bother me ... Legs leaned out hella good, they have NEVER looked better than they did that day pre and post training...I was proud my calves were finally cracking and My upper body didn't look as flat as I thought it would... Didn’t end up manipulating my water intake as I originally planned but it worked out beautifully … I will try to post them up later when I get home.

The pics below were taking this morning; muscles are still full from increased carb/food/fat intake last few days... prolly fat load last night causing minor bloat, not worried

* Note to self *
- I will try to be more consistent with my experiments and understand that life sometimes just gets in the way. I documented the results I did encounter and am very pleased. Getting to know what my body can do simply fascinates me... I wish I had time to learn more... May try a similar experiment next week pending 'life'...
