I took some pics outside Saturday Morning (August 20th 2005) right after 3 day low carb / strict diet... I flattened out in the abs, with no real definition in the middle, but it really didn't bother me ... Legs leaned out hella good, they have NEVER looked better than they did that day pre and post training...I was proud my calves were finally cracking and My upper body didn't look as flat as I thought it would... Didn’t end up manipulating my water intake as I originally planned but it worked out beautifully … I will try to post them up later when I get home.
The pics below were taking this morning; muscles are still full from increased carb/food/fat intake last few days... prolly fat load last night causing minor bloat, not worried
* Note to self *
- I will try to be more consistent with my experiments and understand that life sometimes just gets in the way. I documented the results I did encounter and am very pleased. Getting to know what my body can do simply fascinates me... I wish I had time to learn more... May try a similar experiment next week pending 'life'...
