Had family party had to compensate for (it was catered and did not eat anything…argh), suppose to be my carb up day so I decided I will eat approx 3 - 4 normal meals adding Sweet Tater in, have some wine and whatever I want for my cheat meal. Note to self, my little experiment has given me some insight on what to / how long it takes to drop 12-15 lbs of water in a short period of time (FOR ME) that’s for sure…

8:30 A.M. – Glucorell-R, 12 oz water, Aspirin

15 min Ab work

9:30 A.M. – Vitamin B6, 2 ALCAR, D-Root, A.M. Vitamins, Digestive Enzymes

Meal # 1 & Meal #2:

• 6 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins cooked in water & Fresh Ground Pepper

• 2 cups Steamed Organic Broccoli Florets (Chopped)

•4 oz sweet potato, 24 oz water

Hams – 50 lbs / 15 reps X 3 sets (I think, coulda been 4)

Single Leg Glute KB – 50 lbs / 15 reps

Slept in until noonish and walked a bunch of errands

On my way home from the store I was doing front & side lateral raises with my groceries, and doing walking lunges (10) every new street I came to from the store all the way to my house. Yes, People were laughing at me and no I couldn’t care less… :verygood:


Finally got home and ate around 3:30 P.M.

• ½ cup Quaker Oatmeal cooked in water with Stevia, Splenda & Cinnamon
• Egg Beaters with Fresh Ground Pepper, Sea Salt, Sprinkle Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Strawberry Kiwi Crystal light

Bladed on this awesome bike back for about an hour, max heart rate 187, did sprints

I actually think one group of ladies that drove by and giggled were large and eating BK or Mc D's but I cannot say for sure... :rolleyes: so I did some for them too :D
