So my boss (#1) gets back with kitchen & supplies for the office, and I think, “Oouuuu paper plates, I can cook my lunch, YAY for me food = bonus….” So, I take the “Chinet Plate Paper White … Fully microwavable” and heat up my sweet potato 1st. Shooting the shit with the boss (#1) I like (one of the four who actually appreciates everything I do) in the kitchen and thinking to myself, “Oh great, to add to this wonderful migraine, the staff has found some other RANK ass coffee that smells twice as bad as the other crap they’ve brewed in the past to make me wanna hurl…grrrrrreat….” Not sure if anyone else was a little bit of a pyro when they were little, I all the sudden had the distinct feeling that it sure smells like when I used to light paper towels on fire (and couldn’t put it out fast enough kinda thing). SO I go to the micro, open it up and take out my tater only to see this huge burn in the bottom through TWO plates. You can imagine the panic that a small office has when everyone wants to know what that smell is, what happened and what’s going on. Needless to say the windows, micro, front office door and exhaust fan is still on to air out the smell, not to mention the bright idea of one of the other bosses (#4) to spray her perfume to mask the odor, right NEXT to my office mind you….
Stopped counting how many times I heard how bad it smells… so being the crab ass I am commented that I plan to do this every day because of course I did it on purpose to disrupt the harmony of the drama filled office…

I now will return to my cave after I crack open a Diet Pepsi & refill my water… Hmrpf!

1:30 P.M. - 2 TYR-2, D-Root, 1 Neurogenex, Digestive Enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM Caps, B 6, Ecotrin (Aspirin)

Meal # 3:

• 6 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast,
Tenderloins cooked in water, added ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Sea Salt to taste
• 2 cups Steamed Broccoli Florets
• ~ 4 oz Sweet Potato (plain)

Didn’t burn down the kitchen…& drank another can of Diet Pepsi

3:00 P.M. – 4 Levorex, 1 L water

4:00 P.M. - Glucorell-R

9:15 P.M. - 4 Levorex, P.M. Multi Vitamin, water

10:00 P.M.

Meal # 6:

Fat Free Skim Milk with Whole Foods Market “All Natural PB Krispie Treat”, got the great idea to put PB on TOP of it as well…

I will post of the pics from Sat. the 20th in the morning when I 'depleted' carbs for 3 days prior (wed - Fri)... I mentioned I was flat, you will see the difference in my abs from those pics & the ones I just took the other morning... Just not as 'full' ...

I think my abs are visible daily because of my consistent Diet & Training routine. Over the last few months I’ve found what works for my body and me (tentatively of course).

I gradually eased my way into living comfortably at a lower BF % that allows them to be visible. The actual number % doesn’t really matter, but that I can maintain it in a healthy manner and did so little by little …thanks to my mini experiments with my body and of course the help & ideas of all you wonderful ladies (Ulter & Shadow not excluded…) :rose:

(this is truly killing my sanity level as I have never been more stressed/unhappy at work... :()

7:45 A.M. – 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM Caps, A.M. Multi Vitamins, Glucorell-R, D-Root, Vitamin B6 (capsules), Digestive Enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 2 TYR-2, & Neurogenex

– 1 L water

8:15 A.M. – Glass Ice water

Meal # 1:

· 6 oz Fit n Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
· 1 cup Broccoli Florets
· Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese with Sea Salt for Broc & Chicken
· ½ Cup Quaker Oatmeal (Slow Cooked in water) cooked in water, seasoned with Stevia, Splenda & Cinnamon
· Four pieces of toast with PB

10:15 A.M. - 4 Levorex

11:30 A.M. - Glucorell-R, D-Root

Well I'm again amazed --- well not that I expected anything less than awesome knowing you, your focus, your determination & your new found love of gym -- But just huge congrats & kudos on the constant progress! And I told you that now all the stuff you are trying is all knowledge that is ALL YOURS and goes into your toolbox of "fitness stuff" and its value is well, priceless. And the kewl thing is that you are sooo respecting the value of this stuff and executing on it in true valued fashion that I'm soooo proud & happy for you!
