2 minutes, Full Incline (10), 45 Resistance
2 minutes, Full Incline (10), 55 Resistance
2 minutes, Full Incline (10), 65 Resistance
3 minutes, Full Incline (10), 30 Resistance

Cardio – Run/Sprint 12 laps = 1 Mile

8:15 A.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 2 TYR-2, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC, digestive enzymes, 2 ALCAR

8:30 A.M. -

Meal # 1 : Protein Shake (the ‘power smoothie machine’ at the gym really didn’t bend any of the fruit in my shake do I tossed the leftovers when I was finished)
- 1.5 Scoops of ISO AGB Protein Powder
- 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine
- ½ banana
- 3 Raspberries
- 5 Blueberries

8:50 A.M. – Can of Diet Pepsi, 24 oz water



11:05 A.M. – 2 Glucorell-R

11:15 A.M. - 24 oz water

11:40 A.M. - 2 TYR-2, 2 T-Rex, 2 D-Root, Digestive Enzymes

Meal # 2 :
- 3 oz. Fit’n Easy All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cooked last night)
- 1 Cup Steamed Broccoli Cuts
- 2 tbsp Henri’s FF Italian for Salad & Chicken
- ¼ Cup Raw almonds
- Spinach Salad with 2 Strawberries, 15 Blueberries, 1 tbsp FF Honey Mustard
- 24 oz water
- Diet Pepsi

***Notes to Self***

My diet is pretty much set for the next 2-3 weeks, although I may be adding a few different things here or there to allow for a little variety/flavor. This should squash any cravings that may surface… (NO PB!)

My training is also provisionally set for the next 2-3 weeks. I will make it a point to get in AM cardio then back to gym straight from the office for PM weights (may flip flop to AM training occasionally), but basically adhere to the gym/work/back to gym then home schedule I was once accustomed … I'm hoping this will allow for me to be in bed and asleep by 10…

Did it go kaboom? :)

I had that happen with about 20 cans I was keeping in my trunk and sorta forgot about as the temp dropped.

Frozen pepsi slushies all over the trunk. Grrar! :smash:

I've learned my lesson :) I either buy Plastic bottles or open the can for a quick chill... :verygood:

lol, there's something a bit embarassing about sweeping up pepsi slush with a dustpan and mini-broom and tossing it out of your trunk.

Ha! That's funny.... reminds me of how I make it a point to clean out my ENTIRE car while I'm fillling it up at the gas station... at least 30 water bottles in that mess...

8:30 P.M. - Had to make an appearance for my BF at his bro's house for dinner and see the family...haven't seem then since like Dec/Jan so it was interesting

Meal # 5 : The 'chef' grilled up some pork tenderloin, Chicken Breast and Baked Potato (Plain) and heard ALL NIGHT ABOUT THE oober healthy secret sauce (in which the ingredients couldn't be revealed but that is was 'healthy'...tasted bland to thats good) :rolleyes:
Drank about 64 oz of water

Note to self - No more dining out experiences until after shoot... try to convince family, BF and others it's not a good idea

10:00 P.M. – Diet Pepsi, more water

I will have my last dose of 4 Levorex before bed...
