- 1 Cup Steamed Broccoli Cuts
- ¼ cup almonds
- Spinach Salad with 2 Strawberries, 15 Blueberries, 2 tbsp FF Honey Mustard
- Diet 7 UP
- 24 oz water
***Haven't chomped on any more bones in my 'boneless' chicken since I switched back to Perdue
