Last noted log of taking PureCEE was May26th.
I noticed I've been weaker, form could have been better and definitely didn't feel the pump that I use to.

I hopefully will start back on the CEE soon.

Hope you had a great weekend sweetie! I went to a different gym to lift w/ the trainer. And we got to lift "heavier" (still not at my top weights but nice break from the 50 rep sets...) and we got lots of stares like we were not just new to the gym but from a different planet-- the hyuge 300 lb guy and the girl with some muscles. OMG! LOL!

YAY!!! At least you got some change of scenery eh? I'm trying to picture this as that would totally be the reaction/scene at my 'club' ... I welcome it :D

Other than the gross weather, I finally put a separate AC unit in my bedroom and hibernated…slept, ate, peed in the jug, watched “the 4400”, repeat LOL…

More importantly, I finally got one of the three rooms full of my ‘stuff’ tolerable…gotta start somewhere, two more to go :D

I basically feel like I just woke up from a weeklong nightmare…O…M…G…

I’m not 100% but I’m at like 70… and I’ll take it.

The sweet voicemail and two dozen reds sure helped me wake up and smile… :D :rose: :rose: :rose: :rose: :heart:

7:45 A.M. – 2 TYR-2, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC, digestive enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 24 oz water

Meal # 1: Protein Shake
- 1.5 Scoop2 ISO AGB
- 2 teaspoon EnerG Glutamine
- 3 Raspberries
- 5 Blueberries
- 1 Strawberry
- 1/2 banana

Had bloodwork done this morning… why...must they miss the vein... and then poke around... bleh ...

9:30 A.M. – 24 oz water

10:20 A.M. – Diet 7 UP

11:45 A.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 24 oz water

12:20 P.M. - 2 TYR-2, 2 T-Rex, 2 D-Root, Digestive Enzymes

12:30 P.M. -

Meal # 2
- 3 oz. Fit’n Easy All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (grilled previously)
- ¼ cup almonds
- Spinach Salad with 2 Strawberries, 15 Blueberries, 2 tbsp FF Chunky B.C.
- 20 oz water
– Diet 7 UP

1:30 P.M. - 4 Levorex, 2 ALCAR, 20 oz water
