Generally, I dislike working out with anyone b/c I sometimes feel s/he is holding me back, gets in the way, can't hang, doesn't listen, then I lose focus, etc.... I can attest to the fact the choice of person in the past (if I ever allowed it) has never been optimal.

I'm at a different place in my life. More specifically, I'm at a place in my training now, a TP would be very beneficial.

I have a great offer on the table and I may give it a shot for a change, and more importantly the experience (this time it will be with someone who knows what he's doing and it wouldn't cost me a thing)...

I cannot stand someone I cannot rely on though, esp. when I need my dedication to be top notch...

Argh, decisions decisions ... this is most likely my way of convincing myself to try it...just wanted to put it out there

Ab Work/ tape approx 6 ½ min with ankle weights (need more resistance for leg lifts reverse isometric crunches)

7:35 A.M. - 3 Glucorell-R, 2 TYR-2, 2 Neurogenex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC, 2 ALCAR

8:15 A.M. - 24 oz water

8:30 A.M. - 3 D-Root, digestive enzymes

Meal # 1 :
- 1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (slow cooked)
- 3 Packets Splenda & Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Egg Beaters
- ¼ Cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Diet Pepsi

Meal # 5 : The 'chef' grilled up some pork tenderloin, Chicken Breast and Baked Potato (Plain) and heard ALL NIGHT ABOUT THE oober healthy secret sauce (in which the ingredients couldn't be revealed but that is was 'healthy'...tasted bland to thats good)
Drank about 64 oz of water

Note to self - No more dining out experiences until after shoot... try to convince family, BF and others it's not a good idea

- 1/3 Cup Brown Rice
- Pepper & sea salt
- ¼ Cup FF Shredded Cheddar & ¼ Cup Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar
- Rest of Water & Diet Pepsi from this morning

OMG, I JUST WOKE UP from another one...it's all hot/humid/muggy and feels so nasty in my house right now...

All of the sudden it was like a torrential downpour, sky pitch black, and thundering that actually scared the bah-jeezus outta me, not to mention my puppy panting and shaking like a leaf under my feet...poor thing

I'm glad I got back on EF... I feel a little better but decided I'm not going to post up loggage stuff until I get some issues worked out with 'life'... I'm you know specifically what I'm referring to...

Reference note...

Last noted log of taking PureCEE was May26th.
I noticed I've been weaker, form could have been better and definitely didn't feel the pump that I use to.

I hopefully will start back on the CEE soon.
