Every 2 minutes thereafter, I increased the resistance by 5 until I reached 100 Resistance ~ total time 39 minutes

2:25 P.M. - 1 Serving Trident White

- 4 oz. All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (prepped previously), - 2 Cups Steamed Broccoli Cuts, Pepper, Sea Salt, 1/4 cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese & 1/4 Cup Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar

- Diet 7 up
- ¼ cup almonds
- Spinach Salad with 2 Strawberries, 15 Blueberries, 2 tbsp FF Blue Cheese
- 24 oz water
