- Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 tbsp Henri's FF Italian
- 1/4 cup brown rice
- 1 tsp ketchup (as rice didn't taste like I cooked it and surprisingly, tasted pretty darn good)
- 16.9 oz water

- 1.5 containers of Better 'n Eggs
- ½ cup Quaker oats oatmeal (slow cooked oatmeal, not instant)
- ½ cup FF milk
- Packet Splenda
- Sprinkle Cinn
- 16.9 oz water
- Sprinkle FF Cheese & Pepper for eggs
9:15 A.M. - 2 Dietex
