Well, I have to say that even your B4 pics are hawty hawty. You certainly don't look 171 in those pics..... you're 5'8" or so??

:rolleyes: You have NO IDEA how bad I looked... and I'm 5'9 (standing on my left foot LOL)

Those pics I tried to look 'thinner'...suck it in... pick and choose to not be too embarassed etc... Im sure ya'll can relate.

Then, after awhile, I posted any/all of them...I figured I better put em all out there... now if only I can upload the good ones off my mom's camera :verygood:

Oh Bunny!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm speechless. I'm gonna beg dh to take pictures of me tonight, just so I can save and one day in the future look at them, side by side, Before and NOW. He's so damned worried I'm gonna post them online, I mean I will, but not right now, ha.

I didn't pay much attention or have my journal (NEED NEW ONE) but I think I walked .6 miles, ran the rest, with 5 min cool down 15 Incline @ 4.5 mph

ABs & Calves (kinda)

Weighted Decline Situps - 25 lb Plate / 25 reps
Calf Raise Smith Machine - Bar + 50 lb / 20 reps
Weighted Decline Situps - 25 lb Plate / 25 reps

7:15 A.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex

- 1.5 containers of Better 'n Eggs
- ½ cup Quaker oats oatmeal (slow cooked oatmeal, not instant)
- ½ cup FF milk
- Packet Splenda
- Sprinkle Cinn
- 16.9 oz water
- Sprinkle Reduced Fat Sargento Cheddar Cheese & Pepper for eggs

8:00 A.M. - 2 Dietex

9:15 A.M. – 4 Levorex, 2 ALCAR, 16.9 oz water

10:15 A.M. -1 serving Trident White, 2 Glucorell-R

10:45 A.M. – 2 TYR-2, 2 Cardio Breeze, 2 Dietex
Meal # 2:
- 4 oz. Fit'n easy Fresh Chicken cooked in .25 tbsp Hain Extra Lite Olive Oil with Italian Seasoning, Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic
- ¼ cup brown rice
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 tbsp (w/ water) FF Henri’s Dressing
- 16.9 oz water

11:45 A.M. -1 serving Trident White

12:45 P.M. -1 serving Trident White, 16.9 oz water

1:15 P.M. - 1 Glucorell

1:45 P.M. – 2 D-Root, 2 TYR-2, 2 Cardio Breeze, 2 Dietex

Meal #3: 2 scoops ISO AGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine

2:15 P.M. - 1 serving Trident White, 16.9 oz water

3:15 P.M. - 4 Levorex, 2 ALCAR, 1 serving Trident White

4:15 P.M. - 2 Glucorell, 2 Neurogenex, 16.9 oz water, 1 serving Trident White

4:45 P.M. - Meal #4:

WO just was not going to happen...I tried and am only posting this so I can reflect on what was going through my head when I look back at today...

20 lb / 30 reps each leg ...tried again heavier to actually work the muscle
30 lb / 10 reps each leg ...still wasn't into it
30 lb / 15 reps each leg ... getting mad at myself now b/c I cannot focus
30 lb / 20 reps each leg ... still not wanting to quit
20 lb / 30 reps each leg ... pushed harder
20 lb / 30 reps each leg ...trying another exercise b4 walking home
