- 1.5 containers of Better 'n Eggs
- ½ cup Quaker oats oatmeal (slow cooked oatmeal, not instant)
- ½ cup FF milk
- Packet Splenda
- Sprinkle Cinn
- 16.9 oz water
- Sprinkle FF Cheese & Pepper for eggs
5:30 P.M. - REWARD - Choc Choc Chip Muffin, B'nana Muffin and maybe another, who knows
ShortCake and Sassypants, I ate one for each of as well and savored every bite
2 Glasses Fat Free milk
