Yeah, i was seriously thinking about that 25lb plate and 25-30 reps and just about sheet ma drawers!!!! That's insane! How long did it take you to get up to that? I'm using a 10lb plate right now and that hurts me bbbbbaaaaaaad. i'm a wuss :rolleyes:

I carbed up trying to hit 2000 cals Monday and Tuesday of this week (actual cals have been posted previously)... I've taken pics Tuesday, Wed., Thurs., today and will tomorrow so HOPEFULLY you can see the results/benefits of carbing up...

Sorry, if they are hard to see as these were taken with my camera phone... the photos from Tues. & Wed. I will post up tomorrow...

My shoulders/delts are SICK, traps and lats suck but I'm not competing so i dont care...

These were taken on the April 7th




I took 2 pics upon rising and 2 just now for S...stomach ones...









My chest is also coming in VERY nicely... I know pics tomorrow will be great... I may even take some sunday and tan up... :D

Sweet :) I'm about to go do my arm workout and I'm going to try out that incline ab work with the heavier weights just to see how I do. I'll grip and rip I just hope it's not the wrong end I rip!! :lmao: Anyways, gotta post and then I'm off to the gym. Have a great day girl!

GOOD.....the key is to keep doing what you have been doing unitl the temp gets back to what we talked about.....then, I would imagine you can cut back on the stuff you have added in a bit as its easier to maintain than to catch up...if that makes sense.

It makes total sense, and I figured that's what I would have to do.... Thank goodness I still have 5 weeks :)

Sometimes I can sleep for a day, regardless usually up like clockwork ever 2 hours... I'm very stressed these days... :whatever:

11:45 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine, 2 strawberries, 1/2 banana

Can't wait to go for a nice run after cleaning for god knows how long... :verygood:

I just took a look at your first set of pics and I have to add that your are a true inspiration!!! you have done a complete transformation with yourself!! you deserve so much more than I can say over the internet.. I wish I could take you out for dinner or something!! You are always there for us ladies and in the process you have done this with yourself. I hope you are truely proud of yourself because you really deserve it!!!

I am going to be here to support, advise and motivate all of the ladies, I will NOT give that up. I am learning everything I can so I can be as helpful as all of you have been.

I am sharing this with you all because there is much more to my story and I am truly grateful for every morning I wake up... :heart:

Im planning on competing for the first time this year and Bunny your pics are fantastic.. i wanna train now, but my gyms shut.. lol x
