Thank you for checking up on me, I think it's ok for now, the Motrin & NYC may have got it (for the time being). My lights are off in my office and I'm pounding water ... (like THAT'S something new)

Water makes me feel better too.

LOL

I never use the ceiling lights in my office (the humming drives me) - I have a table lamp on my desk if it gets too dark.

Thank you beautiful :)

It's been a rough week (yes, it ONLY Tuesday)...

Sometimes I need to

take a step back...

look at how far I've come...

be happy that I'm alive...

in the best shape of my life...

take a few deep breaths...

kiss my SO b/c he is NOTHING but the best for me...

play with my puppy...

be ok with a day off...

go for a run to release my stress...

I can go on and on...but even this bunny cracks sometimes...
Thank you for the continued support, motivation and inspiration...

Now, I must STFU & train :verygood:

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Miss you Bunny! Sniff Sniff.... Just got done withthe leg work-out. Ever feel little hot spots in your muscles while you work them? I always get it in my left thigh when I do the leg press machine. It's almost like I can feel this spot in my leg get flooded with blood. Wierd! Anyway... I had a pretty good leg work-out, it looks like you did also. Ever do the bicycles/flutter kicks after the leg work-out? My legs were so heavy I could hardly keep them up in the air. Well off to bed. Hope you are outta your rut! *night

Awesome :) I'm so unbelievably focused right now, it amazes me. I have signs that I made and put them up on my walls with dates of a contest that is coming up in June. It's just for a local bikini contest that is looking for a girl to represent their company but I want to try it because I've NEVER thought of doing anything like that and I feel like putting myself out there just to be able to say that I did it. I can really tell that my confidence and self esteem is going up and I love it! I'll keep you posted on that and let you know how it goes!

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

How could have I forgotten...this morning at the gym, some random guy came up to me, completely blown away and said, "I just have to tell you, you look amazing...you lost at least 30 pounds...I had to do a triple take when you walked by..."

I've seen him around when I first joined in Nov/Dec 04 and yes, I will say I was at least 185 when he first saw me...didn't get on the scale much at all :)

These comments drive me, motivate me, inspire me and just HELP me encourage others to try to do what I have given my situation :)

The words are so heartfelt, because everyone is finally starting to share his/her feelings when they see me... and I just LOVE it :D
