Stability Ball Crunches - 3 SETS 20 Reps

***I felt I really pushed myself mentally even if the weights don't show it***

7:45 P.M. - 3 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, Multi, 1 L water


8:20 P.M. - Meal # 5:
- Big Piece Tyson Chicken Breast cooked in Italian Dressing, Italian Seasoning Mrs Dash (Extra Spicy)
- Idaho potato
- Sprinkle FF Cheese & Sargento Cheddar
- Baby Broccoli Florets
- Pepper
- 1 L water

11:30 A.M - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 1 tsp Glutamine, 1 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp raspberries
