- Tyson Chicken Breast cooked in Italian Dressing, Mrs Dash (Extra Spicy & Mesquite)
- Idaho potato
- Sprinkle FF Cheese & Sargento Cheddar
- Baby Broccoli Florets
- Pepper
- 1 L water
9:00 P.M. - 1 L water, 1 glucorell-R

9:50 P.M. – 1 L water

2 tbsp ANPB

1 Min. ON – 1 ½ Cycles @ 10.0 mph, 2 Cycles @ 9.5 mph, 6 ½ Cycles @ 9.0 mph

1 Min. RECOVERY - Out of the 10 cycles : 5 Cycles @ 3.5 mph, 5 Cycles @ 4.0 mph

8-10 min cool down, Incline 6, Speed 3.5 - 4.0

8:45 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 1 NYC, 1 L water

Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 1 tsp Glutamine, 1 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp raspberries, 1 Strawberry

I left a message in my log for you! HA... I wore a speedo outfit I bought 3 years ago to the gym for the first time... Kinda a mid-riff top. Well I watched one guy about drop his weight on his head, and two trainers came over to me asking to look at my log. Then one insisted I shouldn't do 12-15 reps. I started laughing :)
