- Baby Broccoli Florets
- Pepper
- 1 L water
9:30 P.M. - 1 L water

10:30 P.M. – 1 L water
Meal # 6:
2 tbsp ANPB

You're much better off spiking your insulin with carbs. But in theory it could be of benefit.

1 Min. ON – 1 Cycle @ 80 Resistance, 1 Cycle @ 75 resistance, 6 cycles @ 70 resistance
1 Min. RECOVERY - 8 Cycles @ 40 Resistance
8-10 min cool down

8:30 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 1 NYC, 1 L water

Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 1 tsp Glutamine, 1 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp raspberries, 1 Strawberry

9:00 A.M. – 1 L water, 3 PureCEE

Yes it's already in practice. It's called "shooting insulin". :)

I have to acknowledge that macro found little affect on plasma insulin levels from taking aspertame. I looked and saw what he probably did. American Diabetes Foundation studies back in 88 and more recently in clinics found no change. However that's disputed by several of the endocrinologist who treat diabetics. They have hundreds of patients who have had significant destablization of insulin levels in patients taking aspertame that stopped having symptoms upon secession.

This guy is on a crusade from here in Florida.

Well......its like I said........there really isnt any conclusive data one way or the other.....it is certainly worth going sans ASweetners to see.....
