Did one superset abs and decided to do em in the morning...

6:45 P.M. - 3 PureCEE, Multi

7:00 P.M. - 32 oz water , 2 Glucorell-R
7:40 P.M. - 500 mg D-Root
Meal # 5:
- Tyson Chicken Breast cooked in Italian Dressing, Italian seasoning & Mrs Dash (Spicy)
- Idaho potato
- 1/3 Cup Shredded Mexican Taco Cheese
- Baby Broccoli Florets
- Pepper
- 32 oz water

Im out of DP here and it's driving me nuts... I did buy some earlier today and left it all at work :rolleyes: ... Oh well, hopefully Ill be crashing in 20 Minutes anyway

the HIGH INTENSITY part: 45 sec, 6.0 Incline, Speed 9.0
on the recovery: 1 minute, 6.0 Incline, Speed 4.0

ABS DAY 1 - SAME SUPERSET OF BICYCLES AND SCISSORS - 5 SETS OF 75 SECONDS EACH - *These were insane*

7:30 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 32 oz water

8:00 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake –
2 scoops of ISO AGB
1 teaspoon glutamine
2 tbsp blueberries
2 strawberries
