2:00 P.M. – 2 T-Rex, 500 mg D-Root

Meal # 3:
4 ish cups ? baby spinach leaves
2 sliced strawberries, 2 tbsp blueberries
4.5 oz Tyson roasted chicken breast, diced
1 TBSP Henri's Fat Free Italian Dressing
One Serving Reduced Fat Wheatables (19 crackers)
32 oz water
