Have you ever tried the Lo-carb Monster energy drinks? THey have 20 cals in a big can and I think 3 or 4g. of carbs. Good stuff too, gets me going! :insane:

The only energy drink I ever drank was Redbull, actually Kettle on the rocks, splash redbull :evil: and after 8 or 9, I could still go home and sleep, no problem :lmao:

Diet Pepsi is my 'drug of choice' per se :nerd: Plus helps keep the 'graines away :)

Thanks for the rec. though... may have to keep that in mind :D

aww man, I get killer migraines too!!! They're brutal :sick:

I remember back when I stopped drinking regular coke and dr. pepper, I had major withdrawals for about 2 weeks or so and it was the worst thing!! 1 big non-stop headache and some pretty nasty moods!! :evil: But after months of grueling counseling with psychiatrist he said I would be just fine.....JK

Cable Crossovers - 3 sets of 8-10
35 each side/10, 35/10, 35/11

Did one superset abs and decided to do em in the morning...

6:45 P.M. - 3 PureCEE, Multi

7:00 P.M. - 32 oz water , 2 Glucorell-R
