SO!!!??

How did you like the w/o?
Overall I loved it!

I wish I would have bumped the weights a little more, but I suppose if I did I wouldn't have been able to do any squats. I am a bit disappointed I couldn't do 20 reps (squats) & had to adjust the weight. I'll get it next time though :)

Did you end up doing the w.o.?

I did:
Stiff deads 55/12, then got up and went straight to
Leg Extensions 65/12, then got up and went to
Leg Curls 60/12, then
Lunges 10lb DB/12 each leg
waited two minutes,
then did it all over for 2 more sets... at the very end, Squats

I'm going to buy some of that Glucorell-R. Do you notice that it helps when you're working out as far as energy or is it just one of those things that you know is working because of your muscle gain and total body change. Just wondering, I'm clueless about supps. :)

he's saying to take the Cree just before the workout......

Difference of opinion......some take it before as they feel it will be a boost...

my though is, you have already taken one does preworkout...ake the other after the wo to hit the pwo recovery window.....

what is the reasoning by taking Dand. root daily? Isn't it suppose to be used for 10 days i.e. H20 retention?

no...you can use it daily.....

you just get a bigger hit precontest if you limit its use

My doctors don't seem to think so and frankly, I've never thought twice about it.

I've heard it's a problem when drinking large amounts of water and not eating enough food to provide for electrolyte (salt, potassium) replacement, which I don't have to worry about... besides, what do I know anyway... ;)

Thanks Treil, Vel, Shadow and Jens :bigkiss:

Note to self (or anyone else reading I suppose.. )

1 - Just woke up and I am starving... thank GAWD Im not on the boat with the 24 hour Pizzeria or endless servings of Cake and ice cream Machine...

2 - I don't feel like I gained 'all this weight' ....my body doesn't feel as tight, HATE that my thighs touch when I walk and ab defition definitely at a low

3 - Since I will not be eating the normal meal plan for Shadow's Project for the rest of my life, or having him there to tell me what to do, what to eat, when to eat, etc... I need to start figuring out what foods are ok and how to incorporate them in my lifestyle so I don't get bored and binge.... (VERY picky eater)

4 - Blah <---- how I feel right now

Oh my good GAWD!!! You're running on the treadmill at 8.5-9.0 or are you hovering over it???? This week i started up on the treadmill again after doing HIIT on the stairstepper and I'm running at 7.0 for 45 secs. I need to try that 8.5!!!! I bet i'll be posting pics the next day and you're going to see treadmarks on my knees and forehead :worried:
