March 17th - 21st I will be In FL then on my cruise to Nassau. I took the 22nd off so I can catch everything I missed while I was gone :D

Well, my whole family on both sides are short...5'6 and under but my dad is abnormal at 6'1. His mom was 5'6 and his dad 5'4... I do not know where I came from for real...milkman, mailman, paper boy, who knows.... :verygood:
But the 7 aunts and uncles from Ireland are like 80 and look 50-60 so I hope I got that going for me...
( I am more like my father than I will ever care to admit :rolleyes: )

on recovery, I bumped to 15 degrees (max incline) for 1 minute

Cycle #3 & 4 – 10.3 / 3.6
Cycle #5 & 6 – 10.4 / 3.6
Cycle #7, 8, 9, 10 – 10.5 / 3.6 - 3.7
