and FYI, I had to go get SOME form of cardio in.... The Cardio Breeze - I'm FULL of energy, feel great, and had an awesome (brief) workout... Im still pumped (an coulda stayed there for longer :rolleyes: ) thank gawd the gym is closed :)

The way the products are created/formulated are so fantastic pertaining to my health, which is a huge factor...and for once, I feel completely comfortable taking these supplements, they 'do it' for me :)

***When I first stared I was dragging ass… My legs are still tender from Monday (WOOHOO!!!) I don’t know if it was the Cardio Breeze Kicking in, the change of my CD to old School Progressive or my awesome head trip kicking in, but at around Cycle 8 I had so much energy, I literally had to force myself to get off the treadmill and make it to work…****

HAPPY HUMP DAY ;)

8:10 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 3 PureCEE, 1 L water

8:30 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 1 tsp Glutamine, 1 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp raspberries, 1 Strawberry

9:00 A.M. – 1 L water

9:30 A.M. – NYC

My EF is running shitty for some reason and it's aggravating the hell outta me...

p.p.s. the scars and bruising are VERY attractive as well, esp. when i look like a ghost b/c I have to stay out of the sun and sometime orange streaks from spray tan just isn't that pertty...

and I do listen to you S...there's more to it then you think

Bunny - You legs look wonderful. They are cut and musclar, but not big. You do not have big legs. I would kill to have your legs in lieu of my short (I'm 5'1) legs.
