5:15 P.M. – HIIT Cardio, Treadmill, 15 minute warmup, 45 seconds 15 Incline (5.0-5.5) , followed with 75 seconds of rest, 7 cycles

Leg Press - 4 sets - 90/15 90/12 90/8 90/6 6 TUT
Stiff deads - 4 sets - 45/15 50/12 50/8 50/6 6 TUT
leg extensions - TRIPLE DROP SET - 65/10 55/15 45/20
Sitting Calf Extension - TRIPLE DROP SET 140/10 120/20 100/25
I couldnt find a machine for standing calf raise
ABS: SUPERSET OF BICYCLES AND SCISSORS - 5 SETS OF 30 SECONDS EACH
6:30 P.M. – Meal 4(after weights)
SUPP, 1 Glucorell-R
Protein shake........
2 ¼ scoops of ISO AGB
½ - 1 cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
15 blueberries, 4 strawberries
multi vitamin

I will do my BF in the morning again, Im just practicing, it says 19.9 % right now...which cant be right, i will play some more
