bulking woes

Here is an outline of my current diet. Im 15 years old, I weigh around 145, stand 5' 7", I got 14 inch arms. Sad that everyone at my school thinks Im huge. Im really lookin to put on some extra size tho, so if anyone could tell me anyway to cram more calories into my diet that would be terrific.

7:00 4 eggs toast and fruit

9:10 2 sandwiches of turkey lunchmeat on wheat, yogurt

12:20 1/2lb of meat (chicken turkey or beef), yogurt, 2 slices wheat bread

workout at 2:30
postworkout- 2 scoops of protein in water

430-5:00- a blend of protein carbs and fat, usually similar to the 12:20 meal

7:30 - tuna with 2 small apples and 1 cup oatmeal

Before bed -- 1 cup cottage cheese with pineapples and natty pb (about 4 tbsps)

Ive posted my diet before but Ive made a few revisions since then and was wondering if anyone had any further comments. Thank you! :)
 
dude ur 15?? you should be taking it easy and not worry about getting big......but I cnat change your mind, so all i can say is Good Job!!!

You seem pretty serious and are working/planning to reach your goals, Nice!

with that said, i dont know how else to help you besides you might wanna reduce the fruits to nill, start taking a mulivitamin 2x daily, take all naty PB 1-2 tbsp with 4 meals a day.....ill leave the rest to X.

btw, what is ur body fat %
 
adding calories to any diet is easy. you can always eat a couple tbsps of PB after each meal, you can swallow a tbsp or two of flax oil, drink a protein shake along with your meals .. possibilities are endless. you're lucky to be 15, usually younger people have faster metabolism allowing them to eat a lot and not get as much fat (unless you're an endo)
 
My bodyfat % is very low. I have really nice abs that are extremely visible, obliques, lower abs, the whole package. I eat a lot of shit sometimes (KFC, the works) and never gain a pound so Ive got metabolism like lightning.
 
I found a new food for bulking. I mixed up some tuna and kraft deluxe dinner mac (saw this combo in one of needsize' post). Great ratios, lots of cals, 13g of protein per serving, yet there is 910mg of sodium per serving? Should this be of my concern?
 
At your age, you dont, even need to eat that healthy.
What I would do if I were you is to order double meat wherever you go to eat. Stay away from really high fat like hot dogs or sausages, salami, bologna ect.
try to eat protien with carbs, for the most part.
You must add some dextrose PWO. It is a special sugar that goes straight into your muscles. There are other things to take instead of dextrose, but it is your best bet. You could get some at protienfactory.com. I would take 40g protien 40g dextrose post workout.
I would deffinatly drop the fruit, and add things like potatos and pasta.
Cottage chese is awesome before bed.
dont go longer than 3 hours without protien.
Do not touch a single prohormone or steroid utill your over 21. Creatine could get you huge.
If I knew all the shit I know now, I wouldve been way bigger when I was younger.(everyone thought I was still huge, and people thought that I juiced when i got on cell tech.)
I know this is a bunch of random info, but if you stick to it it will work for you.

your diet now does not need to change for at your age most diets will work - just do the following if you want to add some mass:

Add 2 tbsp. of ANPB (all natural peanut butter) to every meal and you'll be adding about 1200 calories to your diet. Very simple and not too much work/ratios involved.
