Bulking question

Hello everyone. I am in the process of bulking by training with the Bill Starr 5x5 and eating large.

My question is on eating large for bulking. When someone was to bulk, not a professional bodybuilder and not having all the spare time to cook etc, shall i eat whatever i can in order for the weight to go up even though they are not clean food as we say. I mean, shall i eat except from food, chocolates, junk food, etc and when i reach an desirable level to start losen the unwanted fat or shall i try to eat large on clean foods? clean i mean proper food like meat, fish, chicken, rice etc.

clean foods. dont ever eat shit like chocolate. if you have to junk it up to make the cals or because you dont have real fool on you then go to a fast food chicken place or something. or you can always get milk from mcdonalds or a gas station. maybe some beef jerky, granola bar, and a pre packaged salad. anything to get your macros but dont eat complete garbage.

Chocolate is an antioxidant. I'm 40 and most people think I'm 30, I believe it's because I eat alot of chocolate, never hold things in (i.e. my frustrations) and lift weights my whole life.

Here's the good stuff for everyone. Follow this one you'll be fine

SPINACH: Is muscle fuel and helps repair muscles after working out (but you have to eat loads of it
PINEAPPLE AND PAPAYA: Speeds up muscle recovery and helps breakdown and digest protein
SALMON: Good for cardio
PASTA WITH MEAT SAUCE: Building and repairing muscle
PORK TENDERLOIN: Reduce fat around your waist
CHOCOLATE MILK (yes: water isn’t the best): Hydration: chocolate gives milk the perfect balance of carbs, protein, and fat for speedy muscle recovery.
COFFEE: Good for pain relief after workouts
COLD WATER: Endurance
GREEN TEA: Muscle recovery
