I searched a bit and saw most people said not to bulk on a high fat low carb diet since insulin levels arn't very high. But since the reason i keep my carbs low is because i had high blood pressure i can't keep my carbs that high. I was basically wondering if anyone had any ideas. Has anyone tried instead of keeping the carbs less than 60 grams a day maybe tried less than 150 grams a day or something like that. It would still be considered lower carbs than what most people are used too.
