Goal is to get as big as possible during winter months. Times may very a little bit, but this is the staple of the diet.

6:00 AM
100 gram dextrose
2 scoops whey protein

7:00 AM
6 Whole Eggs
1/2 Cup Oats
2 Cups Mixed Fruit (Apple, Strawberry, Blueberry, Pineapple)

10:00 AM
8 oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
1 Cup Green Beans
1 Tbl Spoon Olive Oil

1:00 PM Pre-Workout Meal
2 scoops whey protein
2 Bananas
2 Tbl Almond Butter

2:30 Post Workout
100 gram dextrose
2 scoops why protein

5:00 PM Post workout 2
8 oz Chicken
1 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup Black Beans
1 Cup Green Beans
1 Tbl Olive Oil

8:00 PM Bed Time Snack
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 Tbl Almond Butter

Any Thoughts?
 
Do you have all that broken down in Kcal and macronutrients? Also, it looks like a lot of sugar to me (with the fruit and the almond butter) but that depends on the individual.
 
Can you post up the macros? 6 Whole egs are gonna be hard to stomach I eat 10 eggs in the morning but only 2 full eggs and 8 whites
 
That many whole eggs sounds rough! I can do whites and two whole eggs, but I'd have trouble with that!
 
I used to eat 10 eggs every morning 6 full and didn't seem to have a problem with it, I guess it must depend on the individual! But like said above, that seems like a whole of dextrose to me but if it works for you then keep at it
