Does your diet change (save pw shake) between training and non training? Would it keep you leaner, if you switched to a fat/pro meal versus a pro/carb meal? Say swapping chicken and rice for chicken and flax?
uh..I'm bulking right now. I normally have a p/c for breakfast..then p/c/f a couple times.
when bulking I can't imagine you could get in all of your necessary fats with just two p/f meals. i eat around 4k cals right now so its virtually impossible for me to get all of the cals without having fats in a large majority of my meals..
