Bros I lost motivation to lift for a few months. I am ready for a comeback. help!

I am soo pissed. I basically got fed up with lifting. I started boxing in a competitive gym. I began to lose muscle but gained stamina and excellent boxing skills, so I felt it was worth it. But I have gotten so weak and lost a great deal of muscle. i havent been eating more than two or three meals a day. Can someone talk about muscle memory, and how long it will take me to get back into shape. I am not planning a cycle as I want to get back into the routine first. I was about 220 at % bf. I am now about 200 at 12% bf. THe boxing surprisngly increased my bodyfat a bit, while slimming meup(probably some muscle converted to fat). I ahve been out of the boxing for about one month so that has hurt me too. I am planning on running a high protein diet again with training 5 days a week. The only supps i will run are creatine, glutamine and 1-ad for two months. Im just so pissed I let myself slip this long, I really need some encouragement.
Bros, have any of you lost motivation to work out for awhile then come back stronger? thanks alot
 
I think we all lose it at some point, at least once. I've been lifting for about 8 years now and at least once a year I lose complete motivation. Longest I've been out was a month, and totally regretted it. I feel I worked my ass off for so long, and taking vitamins, supplements, diet, training, and for what? To blow it all off? Get your ass back in the gym bro or else everything you've done before boxing will go to shit and you will have wasted all that money, time and dedication.
