Anyway eat more fats. eat a steak. Look into omega 3,6,9 oils and MCT fats such as coconut for clean calories
those drinks are 'ok'... but there are WAY better choices... while at work the snacking on nuts idea is good... and you can take the omegas... flax etc at work too... im sure you can also take tuna to work as well...
i dont see upping your cal's a problem just because you are at work... you have lots of option... a lot of good suggestions given...
