I was going to add in the front squats but my legs were shot!! This was a really good workout for me. I ate some simple carbs before I went and felt great!!

3x10,10,8 ( he makes me work hard by holding my feet more or less)

This was a okay workout I feel like the negatives and half pull ups will work I just feel like I'm not accomplishing anything lol.

Brit...I must say color me impressed. Some of your lifts in your leg workout are weights that I do. I gotta step my game up i guess. :-) Really good job.

3x15@110 Grrrrrr!!!!!These suck so bad. You should just torch that dam machine sista and your knees will thank you for it. Stop this insanity for your own sake.:evil: Just put Front Squats in place of em and really see your quads get pretty!:qt:

But you really are. On the negs, make each one misrable chika. Keep holding holding holding till you just cant hold any more then let yourself go down as slowly as you possibly can. Thats the negs.
And also fight those halfs just the same way. You are at war with these chika!

Thanks Zed and Radar!! I added in the front squats for the workout on the 17th. I use to do them all the time just trying to get back into them.

Do any of yall have problems dropping weight while on a cycle? I have been taking anavar at 10mg twice daily into week 7 and can't seem to make the scale drop any...actually I have put on about 3 pounds! This is really starting to piss me off! What gives?

I'm no expert but if I were to hazard a guess I'd say you'd put on muscle. Have you checked bf%? You'll prolly find its dropped considerably.
I was losing weight at a nice steady 0.5kg per week until last week when I found I'd put on 1.2kg but my bf% had dropped by 5 percentage points. So must've been lean gains. :)

Yeah Cs Is right chic. I'm afraid the scale is a waste of time while building muscle. As muscle density is bigger than fat so weighs more. I only use the scale I'm short spells like if I weigh on a Monday then on a fri when ive been doing cardio so there not much muscle added in a short period I never take the weight too seriously though. Fat callipers are the best way to measure bf% then you can work out from the you bmi.
Btw Your numbers are rolling in looking amazing chic. Good call on the front squat. ;)
