When my wife and I were recently engaged, we had a very similar accident, in the shower as well. I was lifting my knee up to scrub my feet and blammo..caught her in the eye. So 2 days later she looks like rocky balboa v/s apollo creed, we go to her families huge cook out, Im sure it was mostly paranoia but I felt like everyone was thinking I went domestic on her. We all laugh about it now.

I was going to add in the front squats but my legs were shot!! This was a really good workout for me. I ate some simple carbs before I went and felt great!!

This was a okay workout I feel like the negatives and half pull ups will work I just feel like I'm not accomplishing anything lol.

Stick with those negs and partial reps, they WILL work! Believe me, when I was a boy I was terribly unfit, fat and not strong at all. I couldn't do a single press up let alone a pull up or chin up. I did negative reps super setted with partials, at the time I didn't know that lol! I just held on for dear life at the top and kept hanging on as I was dropping, when I was at the bottom I tried pulling myself up. I'd do that 3-5 times every other day. Got there in the end and I know you will too! Keep at it and keep KTS! :D

Btw...I made Healthy Breakfast Bars from scratch my very own recipe!! I think they tasted great and were very filling!! If anyone is interested send me a pm and I'll give you the recipe.
