Just wanted to say, I got my regular assessment at the gym yesterday and my weight is pretty stable @ 104.4kg (229.7lbs) and my bf has dropped to 11.34%
Thing is I've been on between 3,500 - 4,000 cals per day haven't tried to reach specific macros apart from high protein (even then I'm looking at 250-400g per day which is a broad range), I've pretty much eaten what I want as long as it confirms to my blood type recommendations and according to the maths I'm gaining muscle and losing fat. I think it must be because I'm digesting my food more efficiently and putting it to better use. The main change for me has been cutting meat and increasing dairy.
