Better check on an OB so you could decide what methods that are applicable for your wife. There are numbers of methods that you can choose from one of the widely used are the Injectable ones.

Yaz works really well for me, I had tried a couple others before that did cause weight gain. Also, with Yaz my skin is noticeably clearer.
