BioTest T2-just started using it

T2 Day 12: Here is what I am taking today:

AM: T2 (1 tab) ECA (200mg E/20mg C)

Midday: T2 (1 tab) ECA (200mg E/20mg C)

PM: T2 (1 tab) ECA (200mg E/20mg C)

So far so good. this is the second day of 3 T2 tabs. I decided to have a "diet cheat day" yesterday and it was really really bad!! I just did twice as much training to make up for it! Only 2 days of ECA left before a 2 week break. I'll be up to 4 tabs of T2 late next week. Diet and exercise have been going real well other than my cheat day fiasco. I think I've lost a solid 4lbs and no muscle. My weight fluctuates a lot-probably water weight. But overall body appearance is leaner and the scale says I am consistently 4 lbs lighter than 2 weeks ago. I'll post my T2 cycle here and in another post.

My T2 cycle:

day 1-5: 1 tab

day 6-10: 2 tabs

day 11-15: 3 tabs

day 16-23: 4 tabs

day 24-30: 3 tabs

day 31-37: 2 tabs

day 38-42: 1 tab

So far things are going okay. I am thinking about trying the Adipokinetix instead of ECA in 2 weeks. I was going to do ECA 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, but I think I want to try something a little more potent. Did you decide to go w/Adipo and T2?

I have a little fat around my midsection which is going to super hard to get rid of. I am going to have to get psycho w/diet and ab work to cut up that part of my body. Lately I have been lax about going to the gym like I should. Getting plenty of time on my bike like I am supposed to, but I have to dial in the gym routine.

Any thoughts on exercises to shred the abs?

Whatup bro? I am going to start a cycle of Adipo, ephedra, and T2 and see how it works. 2 Adipo 2x a day, 1 T2 2x a day, 15mg. ephedra 2x a day. Hopefully Ill cut the fuck up.

What kinda diet you following?

I am thinking Adipokinetix is going to work better next time instead of ECA. My diet is okay. Since I am an endurance athlete (Triathlete/runner/bike rider) I need to eat lots of carbs. MY diet is like 50-60% carbs, 25-30%, protein, 10-20% fat. There's no way I can get around all the carbs-I need the fuel since I swim/ride/run like 20 hrs/wk (seriously). I cut up pretty good doing that much cardio, but I am trying to get down super lean-like 6-7%. I think that will just take time and more attention to diet. The T2 is just going to be a little helper.

I try and eat lots of animal protein and pasta. I try to stay away from junk and fried food. That is my biggest challenge.

T2 Day 16: Here is what I am taking today:

AM: T2 (1 tab)

Lunch: T2 (1 tab)

Midday: T2 (1 tab)

PM: T2 (1 tab)

Start taking 4 tabs today. I noticed the effects of 3 tabs and and lots of cardio after a few days (on 3 tabs). My BMR got a nice little boost-everytime after working out and then eating I was nice and warm. I was glad to finish the ECA. I'll definitely use Adipo in a few weeks instead of ECA. Definitely not losing muscle. Weight still fluctuating, but thats normal; still lower overall than a few weeks ago. Gotta watch the diet tight!


Should I take 2 T2 tabs twice or should I space out 4 T2 tabs over the course of the day?

I would suggest spacing them out more bro like your doing but that could be just me.. I dont know maybe try it and post your results.

T2 Day 26: Here is what I am taking today:

6 am: T2 (1 tab)

9 am: T2 (1 tab)

12 noon: T2 (1 tab)

3 pm: T2 (1 tab)

6 pm: T2 (1 tab)

Start taking 5 tabs today. 4 tabs was great so 5 should be very good indeed. This is the most I'm gonna do and then I begin to cycle down. I am changing things mid cyce. I was going to peak at 4 tabs, but I want to see how 5 goes. I begin a new ECA cycle next week and I am going to use Adipo w/ECA. Diet has been going good. I am going to measure my BF soon and then again at the end of the cycle. I'm pretty happy with the results of the diet and I can say that the T2 has added a little. I really noticed the effects of 3-4 tabs on my metabolism. I know there are no magic pills out there (well mybe anavar), but I'd say T2 is a good supplement. I may try T3/Cytomel in the spring for a comparison. Obviously it will work much better, but for the purpose of serving as a guinea pig for the discussion group I'll look into it.
